Jogging and walking for mental well-being

Session description

Get fit and healthy at a free jogging and walking session on Tuesdays, 12.30pm.

Running and walking have been proved to be good for mental well-being. The session is particularly suitable for new runners.

The session has a warm up, a jog or jog/walk or walk with an option of 1km, 1 mile or 2 miles, and a cool down. It takes place in an Islington park and lasts about 40 minutes.

The session is by referral only for people who are registered with Camden and Islington NHS Mental Health Foundation Trust. If this applies to you and you are interested in the session, contact:
